We are a French-owned investment and project development business, specialized in alternative real estate and social infrastructure, with offices in Cyprus and Egypt. founded in 2021 to originate and structure opportunities for European investment funds in Egypt, we developed a EUR 500 million pipeline of education and healthcare infrastructure projects. In 2024, we established our holding entity in Cyprus, with the purpose of investing private equity in the Cypriot and European property development markets.

 

GOELAND OVERSEAS is a family business that is driven by human values, and a passion for creating wealth and impact. We contribute active private equity and expertise to selected property development projects, and provide consulting services to investors and developers across Europe and the MENA region. We dedicate ourselves to supporting our partners and clients, in maximizing performance, managing risks, and creating sustainable value.

Antoine EL KHOURY

Founder & Managing Director



Antoine is a seasoned private equity real estate professional, with extensive exposure to international environments. During his 38-year career, he has been actively involved in investment, asset management, corporate governance, and project finance, in more than 20 geographies. Prior to founding GOELAND OVERSEAS, Antoine was the CEO of KOUT CAPITAL, a Kuwaiti multi-family office, where he was in charge of EUR 500 million investment portfolios across Europe, North America, and the MENA region. Simultaneously, he was the Managing Director of TAMEER, a publicly listed real estate company in Egypt, where he developed one million sqm of mixed-use projects and led the transformation and turn-around of the company. He also served as a chairman, board member, and investment committee member, for several affiliate companies across geographies. Antoine is a French Foreign Trade Advisor (CCEF) and a member of INSEAD International Directors Network. He is a French national, Lebanese-born. He is Certified in Corporate Governance from INSEAD Business School in Paris and San Francisco, holds an Internatinal MBA from the IAE-Sorbonne Business School in Paris, an RICS-accredited Degree in Real Estate Economics & Law from the ICH Institute in Paris, and a Civil Engineering & Economics Degree from the ESIB Engineering School in Beirut.
